About Me
I’m a creative soul and an analytical thinker with a passion for shaping projects from concept to execution. My background spans languages, music, digital marketing, and project management, giving me a unique perspective on storytelling, branding, and audience engagement.
Over the past four years, I successfully coordinated and promoted the Entrepreneurial Woman Project in Luxembourg, as well as 35+ other networking events and conferences for the Luxembourg-Poland Chamber of Commerce.
Thanks to the chamber’s network, I’ve gained hands-on experience in content creation, brand strategy, event coordination, and client relations across diverse industries (spanning TV production, IT, finance, law, among others).
Now, I’m bringing these skills to a local context in Wrocław, creating memorable experiences for tourists and supporting the expat community. Actively engaged in the city’s cultural and events scene as a violinist and performer, I collaborate with local businesses, hotels, and cultural partners to design and promote experiences that showcase the best of Poland. My goal is to connect people with authentic, inspiring moments while helping local brands shine.
Project Management
I oversee the operations within Whistling Hound, making sure every project, collaboration, and campaign is executed smoothly and creatively. From planning to delivery, I handle logistics, coordination, and quality control, making sure every detail aligns with the brand’s vision.
Digital Marketing
I design and implement digital marketing strategies, create social media content, write blogs, produce videos, design graphics, newsletters and implement SEO strategies. My work ensures the brand’s voice is consistent, engaging, and impactful.
Event Curation
I curate events from creative concept to execution. Whether it’s immersive tours, concerts, professional conferences, or networking gatherings, I develop fresh ideas, manage logistics, and create digital marketing campaigns to ensure every event runs smoothly and leave a lasting impression.
Communication
I support client relations, translations, and communication, making sure every interaction is smooth and professional. I sometimes assist on tours, helping with communication and ensuring clients have a great experience.
Privately, I’m a musician with 20+ years of stage experience. I play the violin, piano, sing, and love creating music arrangements, having been part of choirs and ensembles for much of my life. My artistic background informs my work across projects, helping me bring creativity, attention to detail, and an appreciation for authentic experiences into everything I do.
Being part of the local and international music scene has also allowed me to build connections with talented performers, so whether it’s enriching an event with live music or collaborating with other artists, I can help bring immersive cultural experiences to life. At Whistling Hound, this reflects our commitment to art, culture, and memorable experiences—ensuring every project we deliver is both creative and exceptional.
I hold a Master’s degree in Spanish Philology, which gave me a deep understanding of language, culture, and communication.
After 12 years of formal music education, I also received a vocational degree in Instrumental Studies. I have a lifelong background in stage performance as a singer and a violinist.

As another creative force at Whistling Hound, I ensure every collaboration serves its purpose.
I oversee strategy, coordinate execution, manage content creation, and maintain smooth communication with clients and collaborators, while also contributing with video editing, copywriting or website management. Occasionally, I assist in guiding experiences, supporting Amit with translation and local knowledge.
I aim to grow the brand while also building meaningful connections within the creative and cultural communities, showing that Whistling Hound is not just a service, but also a space for thoughtful, immersive experiences.
