Whistling Hound™ is an original brand identity, travel platform, and content creation project founded and owned by Amit Chandra.
All brand expressions, content, imagery, and intellectual properties associated with Whistling Hound™ are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, imitation, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the Whistling Hound™ brand name, logo, content, or related assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
First Use and Creation Date: September 12, 2015
Owner: Amit Chandra

For legal and tax purposes, all commercial activities related to Whistling Hound™—including tour guiding, tourism marketing, and content services—are conducted under the sole proprietorship of Oliwia Gertych, in full compliance with Polish and European Union regulations.

All invoicing, payments, and tax filings for services booked via Whistling Hound™ are processed exclusively through Oliwia Gertych’s registered business entity, following Polish tax law (Ordynacja Podatkowa, Dz.U. 1997 nr 137 poz. 926) and employment regulations
under the umowa o zlecenie framework, as governed by the Polish Labour Code (Kodeks pracy, Dz.U. 1974 nr 24 poz. 141).

For financial transparency:

  • Invoices are issued by the registered business entity.
  • All payments are processed through its official business account.
  • By booking services through Whistling Hound™, clients acknowledge that contractual and financial matters are legally managed under the registered business framework.
